Registration for the BSI NVVI 2016 Congress is now closed due to the high demand for places this year.

Please note that due to the high amount of registrations, there will be an overflow room for the plenary sessions in order to accommodate all delegates.

BSI/NVVI registration fees

Late registration deadline (21 October – 29 November 2016)

  • BSI / NVVI member: £350.00
  • BSI / NVVI concessionary: £210.00
  • Non-member: £640.00
  • Concessionary non-member: £255.00
  • Welcome reception: included

Concessionary Rates

Delegates who fall under the following categories are eligible to register for the Concessionary Rate.  Please take note that there is a different rate for BSI / NVVI members and non-members.

Students
Technicians
Research Assistants

All delegates registering for this category will be requested to provide the paperwork to support the registration rate.

Congress Party

Tickets for the congress party are now all sold out.  If you are still interested in attending and have not yet purchased a ticket, please visit the registration desk on site regarding further availability.

NVVI scholarship

The NVVI are awarding thirty-five grants of 200 Euros to eligible PhD students and technicians wishing to attend the BSI/NVVI Congress 2016. For details on how to apply, please visit the NVVI website. The deadline for applications is November 1, 2016.

Onsite registration

Online registration will close at midnight on 29 November 2016. Thereafter we will not be able to accept registrations online or by phone. Any delegates wishing to register after online registration has closed can register on arrival at the Congress at the registration desk from 6 December 2016 onwards.

Payments

All payments for registration fees should be made in full before the Congress and within 4 weeks of completing your online registration. If you have any problems making the payment before the Congress, please contact c.joffe@immunology.org.  If payment is not received before the Congress, you will be asked to pay upon arrival at the registration desk.

Certificates of attendance

Certificates will be emailed to all delegates shortly after the Congress. Delegates will be invited to complete an online evaluation form and then they will be able to download their certificate. Certificates of attendance will only be available for delegates who attend the Congress.

Accompanying persons

There will be no ‘accompanying persons’ programme for this Congress.

Letters for visa applications

If you require a letter to confirm your registration, please complete the online registration form and make payment. Once payment has been received, we will be able to email a letter to you. Please email c.joffe@immunology.org to request a letter. Please note, invitation letters can only be issued to invited speakers. Delegates and abstract submitters can be given a letter to confirm their registration/abstract submission. If your visa is declined, we are only able to offer refunds in line with our cancellation terms and conditions.

Photography

There will be an official photographer and video recorder at the Congress and the resulting images/films clips may be used for promotional and marketing purposes by the BSI and NVVI.  If you would prefer not to appear in these, please make your wishes known at the registration desk upon arrival.
